Our Mission

We focus on the aspects of health promotion, behavior, and education. The primary objective of HQS is to develop and educate lifelong learners so that they will have increased knowledge of the importance of positive health behaviors, while reducing the prevalence of injury, premature disease, and disability. It is our firm belief that primary disease prevention is far better than secondary, tertiary prevention, or a cure.

Testimonials

The stipend I received from HQS in 2015, allowed me to enroll my two sons in LaCrosse at the South DeKalb YMCA in Decatur, GA. I was going through a divorce at the time and had very little for extracurricular activities. But my pediatrician had expressed concerns about my sons' weight and I knew I had to enroll them in an activity that would involve lots of running.
I also wanted to expose them to something other than basketball and football. LaCrosse was perfect and my sons enjoyed learning from the players and coaches at our local High School. We still have their LaCrosse sticks and I hope to be able to enroll them again in future seasons since it was such a great source of exercise and team building skills.
I'm truly grateful to Nikki Conley for making that experience possible for my sons. It helped me get on track financially, helped my sons get on track physically and helped us all appreciate a new sport that we wouldn't have had access to otherwise.
Thank you Nikki and the HSQ team for your generosity and your dedication to helping families in need.

In 2015 I was under employed and my husband was laid off. We are a family that tries to keep the children active in activities that fosters not only physical growth, but social and emotional growth as well. With our financial circumstance we feared we would not be able to afford activities. We were referred to the Health Quest Solutions stipend program for assistance, which was the best thing, not only for the girls, but for our family. Our girls ages 6 and 8 at the time was able to participate in track and field. Without the assistance they would not have had that opportunity. With that opportunity, my 8 year old placed 1st in most meets and went on to participate in the State finals. We are forever grateful to Health Quest Solutions, Inc for the open door the program provided for our family.
